1990s Prom Dress

Vintage 1990s green strapless evening dress. Gorgeous green underlayer shows through the sheer black top layer. Embellished in green little "sticky" beads in a floral design. Ruched at the waist on one side followed by ruffle going down to the hem. No closures, pull on style. Elastic at the top of the bust. Label is Jessica. No size or material labels. Material feels like a nylon poly. Great condition! No rips, holes, or stains. Measurements: Bust, 38" to 42" Waist, 31" to 36" Hip, 42" to 46" Length, 54"
