1990's Roberta Brand Blue Sparkle Ruffled Tutu Party Dress

A 1990's royal blue Roberta brand party dress, in excellent condition. The bodice is boned, the skirt has a tulle petticoat built in for shaping. The silver sparkle is glitter applied to the fabric, some may have shed with wear. The dress fits a modern size 2, and measures 32" bust, 24" waist, 37" hips, 34" in length from nape of neck to hem.
