1990s Vintage Denim fringe bottom V hem skirt

This cute skirt is in good preloved condition. It has lots of stretch and has a flattering snug fit. Tag says Large but I say medium. See measurements: Waist: 15” easily stretches to 17” Hips: 19” easily stretches to 21” Length from waist to bottom of fringe of V in hem: 28”
