1990s Wool Hat

Reposhing this item I purchased from @shmookey. Loved it, but it’s too big for my tiny child size head. It was listed as 21” but my head measurement is 21” and it’s definitely an inch too large. Sad, because this hat is awesome and looked super cute! I’m listing it as 22” in circumference. It’s in excellent condition! Questions? Leave a comment below!
