1990s Y2K silver minimal t bar square toe heels

T bar strap heels with a square toe and heel by Jessica. Y2K prom vibes, but would look super chic with some high rise jeans and a tee for a casual vibe. Good vintage condition with a few marks on the heels. Some areas of the footbed are slightly loose/peeling, see images. Very minimal wear on the soles.
