1990s photoreal rose maxi skirt cover up

90s black mesh maxi coverup skirt with photoreal red, orange and yellow roses. it has a full length thigh slit, and closes at the top with a gold tone metal clasp. tag is union stamped! it has multiple thread snags (see pics), but no holes. some fading on the metal hardware. overall good vintage condition. size 14 - fits medium to xl. waist is 16" to 22", hips 20" (side slit accommodates most hip sizes), length 41"
