1991 Pet Pals Skipper and Courtney

Pet Pals Courtney's outfit is complete. She's missing shoes and accessories. Her hair has been cut. She is in good shape otherwise. Pet Pals Skipper has been redressed. The skirt she is wearing is a skipper fashion. Hair is perfect. She does, however, have some damage to one arm. Please see the pictures! They show everything that I've listed.
