1991 Saban Mermaid birthday cake candle

Mermaid candle, and plastic palm trees 🌴🧜‍♀️ Meant to adorn the top of a cake. Still in original packaging, never opened. Plastic candle packaging has a tear in it and has dented the mermaids face, see close up photo.
