The silver toned metal is likely a pewter combined with a diamond cut technique so the edges are glistening. It has a loop and pin to the back and is ready to attach it to a belt of your choice. A wonderful detail: even the back has been decorated with a leaf pattern. In good condition with small marks of age and use. Made in USA.
