Brand: Tyco Released in 1996 Electronic plush toy of Cookie Monster, a character from Sesame Street. Used. Fair condition. Any marks have been shown in the pictures; however, I haven’t tried to remove them, so they may come off. Soft plush fabric. Electronic and interactive. The toy shakes and laughs when you touch the belly and says, “Oh boy! Oh boy!” Battery-operated. Tested and working.
