This bear was only released in 1999 during the Christmas holidays for 2 months then retired. Very few of these bears were produced. He was the third Holiday Teddy to be released by Ty, and has multiple Errors. This Holiday Teddy is made from a pale blue fabric covered in white snowflakes and features black button eyes and a black button nose. Around its neck is a dark blue scarf also with the white snowflake pattern. He was the first Ty holiday teddy introduced without a hat.
