Beautiful cotton dress with blue stitching only worn once and has been dry cleaned. Slight yellowing that is barely noticeable near the top (as shown in last photo). I am sure it can be removed with a stain remover. Perfect for a summer celebration as a wedding guest. Can be worn on shoulder or off shoulder.
