1X Boyshort Menstrual Underwear - Like New

Purchased to determine size after washing. Label states 4X but it fits more like a 1X. Very absorbent (tested with water) but just does not fit. Tested and washed once but never worn. Like new condition. Has never touched a dryer. Non smoking, no pet, no scent home.
