Julia Cameron - Letters to a Young Artist | Building a life in Art Betty Edwards | Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain The Julia Cameron book ©2005 She's famous for writing "The Artist Way" used by creatives and non creatives working or experimenting with different mediums. This book is lesser known but it's an interesting read and motivating for a creative. Betty Edwards - her teachings are still used and the gold 🥇 standard for drawing classes. Some of the concepts and exercises in her book are helpful for learning composition basics and things like value, etc. She goes through child development when it comes to drawing which is interesting and possibly helpful for some. If you are serious about learning to draw or simply want to improve your sketches this is a good reference book filled with helpful exercises. Both books are used and in good condition. .
