2 for $15 Elegant lined cap sleeve, peplum blouse

This is a beautiful cap sleeve peplum style, lined, sheer crepe like material blouse. That’s a mouthful sorry. It is a creamy white with lavender and grey flower detailing and embroidered detailing down the middle. I wore this once to a wedding and I had fun, I’m not saying it was this shirt that did it, but I’m not saying it wasn’t.
