Is it true size? Is it between size 12 &14?

I'd say it's closer to 12, not 14. I see the original listing didn't include the measurements. I can measure if you don't mind waiting? I've moved all Posh items to a small room and everything is in totes. I'll have to dig around. but i'm happy to if you'd like!
