🍃2 for $20🍃 Vintage Mini Pen Set Novelty (Not Working)

These adorable mini pens come in a little rhinestone studded plastic case. One pen has a scottie dog with red rhinestone eyes and the other has a cat head with blue rhinestone eyes. CONDITION: The pens are not working (ink has dried up), but the little tips can be pulled off and the ink cartridges may potentially be replaced. There are some surface stains on the including some dried residual old glue around the rhinestones. MEASUREMENTS: 3.5 inches X 1 inch X 0.5 inches
