2 for $30 Ruffle strap floral Old Navy dress

This floral dress will be perfect for summer, with it's knee skimming length, and ruffled straps. This was bought at Old Navy within the last 5 years, but only worn 3 or 4 times. It's a cotton fabric, fitted with a seamed waist, and smocking at the back. Skirt falls straight down from waist (no ruffling there). It's a black background, with purple, yellow, white and green floral accents.
