This sheer floral blouse features elastic at cuffs and waist, and a stiff smocked neckline, with a keyhole tie. Waistline rests relatively high because of the elastic, so fabric blousons out a bit when worn. This was purchased within the last 10 years, and although worn a lot, it is in excellent condition.
