2 piece shorts set

Talbots Collections wrap around short sleeved blouse and long shorts. Cotton with 3% stretch. Could wear this to an afternoon lunch or even dinner. The label says Size 10 but the Collections were made small. I’m going to say it fits mire like a size 8
