2 vintage | Iittala 🇫🇮 Old Fashioned glasses | Tapio Wirkkala's Niva Series

The Niva series (a reference to running water ...) was in production between 1972 - 1992. There were a few different sizes in this series. Glasses in the series are rare and hard to find. This one is the "Old Fashioned" not the whiskey glass. The sizing is close. A mold was used in production but there's some parts of the process that are done by hand. Approx measurements 8 oz 3 1/4 inches tall 8.3 cm 2 3/4 inch diameter 6.5 cm Pre-owned in good pre-owned vintage condition. Unfortunately on the bottoms there are some small marks. Most likely from not using a coaster. These are discounted to reflect the imperfections. They are good for someone who appreciates the design. On display the clarity of the glass is still good, and the imperfections are not visible. I have more Scandinavian glass and other glassware in my closet.
