2 vintage monopoly games, 1961, one with 1936 board R READ FULL DESCRIPTION

I have two vintage monopoly games sold as a package: PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR CONDITION AND PIECES WHICH ARE INCLUDED And ask questions if you need additional info, I can only upload 16 images, but if I can’t happy to forward more General summary and disclosure that I am no expert on these games I just found the box in my parents basement and I’m not too sure what should be there and should not. GAME 1 -see photos for condition as there are tears in corners in box cover, the box has a black Parker symbol on it. -The bottom box is generally in good condition. - See photos for number of wooden hotels and homes -There are 16 community chest cards and 16 chance cards -All the property cards are there as per photos -There are seven metal player pieces as per photo -The game board is from 1936 with some separation in the fold but generally clean -Not certain on money see photos for approximation -There are two small dice GAME 2 -See photos for condition of box as there are tears in the corner of the box cover -The bottom box is generally in good condition with one corner, torn again see photos. -See photos for number of plastic hotels and homes -All the property cards appear to be there as per photos -There are eight wooden players as per photos -There are 16 community chest and chance cards each -The game board is 1961 on it and has some damage on BNO railway as per photo -Not certain amount of money -There are also two small dice
