Fabric is 70 % cotton and 30% nylon. The dress is lined. There is no size tag so please note the measurements carefully as follows: pit to pit 18.5 inches waist 16 inches hips 22 inches drop length is 20 inches from waist to hem. This fits as a medium based on the measurements. This is a pre-loved item but is in near new condition. Minimal signs of wear.
