Hey there, it looks like there's a significant amount of dye transfer or dirt all across the back of the purse and the back handle. Are there any marks or wear anywhere else or on the front handle or bottom of the bag?
If you have not attempted to clean it yourself I would not recommend it as it may need to be professionally cleaned...if you try it yourself you may set the stains.
