Antique Gaudy Welsh Tulip Pattern Footed Ceramic Sugar Bowl. 200 yrs old, made between 1820-1860, in Britain. Hand painted. Creamy white background with gold accents on cobalt blue panels, reddish (russet) tulip flowers. NO LID. No manufacturer's marks. Some yellow discoloration around the centre opening, and a couple of yellow discolored spots on the inside. 6.5" across from handle to handle. 4" tall. See photos for actual item you will receive.
