2000’s Floral and Black Halter Dress. Size small. Tropical floral satin details. Fun, authentic 2000s halter, tie up dress. Knot details on the straps. The silk floral fabric goes up the middle of the dress and also across the mid cut back of the halter (which is elastic, so accommodating with the sizing).
