2000’s Formal Skirt

Iridescent skirt for formal occasions. Elasticized gathered bottom. Could be rocked now with a bodysuit. Perfect condition as it was only worn 1-2 times. Approximate measurements (laying flat) Waist 13.25” Length 40.5” (I’m 5’-4” and wore it with modest heals)
