2000's Prom Dress, Size 4/6

Picture it: It's 2009 and you're at your high school prom dancing in this dress to The Black Eyed Peas "I Got A Feeling" with a group of your best friends. You two can have this moment. A classic 2000's style prom dress worn in 2009. Some alterations were done and undone to the bodice in the inside lining but no damage to the outside.
