2000s flowy layered chiffon skirt

blue and green y2k skirt with a smooth a-line cut. the waist is seamless and sits just under the bellybutton on the hips (not stretchy). it has a single side entry zip with a little hook clasp to secure it. the fabric is very light with a silk feel, it is lined and not see through. no flaws. size 6, waist is 14.5", hip 20", length 26"
