2002 100th Anniversary Teddy Bear Doll Madame Alexander McDonald's is in excellent condition. She is the 100th anniversary doll for Madame Alexander at McDonald's. This 23 year old doll is highly collectible alongside various other Madame Alexander dolls. She has a plastic tan hat with a bow, brown rooted hair with bangs, brown sleeper eyes, and she is wearing a pink dress that has the top portion of a brown teddy bear peaking out of a pocket. There are bear paw prints on her dress and she has a brown belt. There is some wear to her white painted on shoes, but very minor (See photos). She still has her tag.
