The dollhouse is in overall very good condition. There are some marks on the plastic and the flower boxes are missing from the windows. There is also some fading of the plastic around the handles. The handle works well, as does the closing latch. The doorbell also works. Please see all photos for details. The dollhouse does not come with any figures nor any furniture.
