2007 My Scene Chelsea Toy Doll Miniature McDonald's Collectible Mattel NIP #3 is in great condition and its package has never been opened. This 17 year old McDonald's Happy Meal Toy is of a miniature My Scene doll, the Chelsea toy. Chelsea is #3 in the collectible toy series and she is roller blading. Her helmet is yellow with a few lime green stars that match the color of her knee protectors. She is wearing an aqua marine colored blazer with a pink necklace, and a black with one pink strip shirt. Chelsea doll is wearing a white skirt with a black belt, white knee high socks, and black with aqua wheels roller blades. She has big brown eyes and full lips that have dark lipstick on them.
