2011 Retro Schylling Red Yellow Tin Airplane Toy Wheels Not Working AS IS 4”

2011 Retro Style red yellow blue Schylling Tin Airplane Toy Aero wheels not working they turn but are very stiff. Condition is well used and lots of play wear, with marks , paint loss and dents. The small tail wing is wobbly. Please see all photos. Sold as is.
