Brand new. Never been displayed. Item is from a smoke free home. Lever works and mouth opens. Item has some production flaws which are visible that were present at time of purchasing. Stand has a chip in paint and a line that doesn’t easily scrub away. Back of hat has paint imperfections as well as indents in wood. Left hand has wood indentations. Photos are an accurate representation of its condition. I would not describe it as in perfect shape even though it’s never been used or displayed since purchasing.
