21 by Costume National is a woody floral musk fragrance for women and men. Top notes are milk, amber, saffron, cashmere, wood, and orange blossom; middle notes are caraway, pepper, labdanum, oak mass and Bergamo; base notes are patchouli, vanilla, Tonka, Clary sage, musk, cedar and vétiver. It has been sprayed five times max. It’s a lovely niche fragrance, but just not for me. Small tear inbox, see picture.
