213 by Michelle Kim Sheer Pleated Chiffon Dress Black & White - Size L

This is a fun, flowy, black and white chiffon dress from the 213 by Michelle Kim line, purchased from a Toronto boutique in the mid 2010s. The top part is sheer, off-white and drapes really nicely. The waist has elastic and the skirt part is black, lined, and pleated with a ribbon of white near the end. The dress comes with a black chiffon belt that ties around the waist. The top is practically see-through so it can be worn with a cami top to act as a liner. The whites are not quite as white as they once were but the dress is in good condition, worn twice, and dry cleaned after the last wearing. Great for a wedding or semi-formal events. The flat measurements are: 19" bust 13.5" waist 36" from top to bottom
