Works with legging/skinny jeans or as a cute dress to throw on over a bathing suit. very small hole at the collar stitching that quick stitch or two would mend - not really visible (have to look for it). Sz small but could easily fit larger sizes depending on the fit you are after. It is more like a standard medium IMHO. 15.5 “across at chest. 29.5” shoulder to hem.
