This dress is flowy and light-weight and perfect for packing into a suitcase for a tropical getaway. I purchased this from @ajooj but fits me a little too snug at the chest. The label says large, but I would say it fits a medium to large. Approximate measurements (laying flat): Pit to pit 12" but stretches to 18" Waist 13" but stretches to 20" Spaghetti straps that tie around the neck, but can also be worn strapless.
