Made of polyester with polyurethane foam Flat measurements are: Edge to edge: 10.5 inches Top of hat to brim: approx 12 inches Top of hat to longest tentacle: 24 inches Inside brim to lining: 6 inches Circumference when worn approx 23 inches around. This item came to me from Daughter’s Leftovers and I don’t think it’s been worn. It’s a whole lot of fun but not particularly robust. There’s a small flaw on the top of the hat which I have circled in yellow, and a couple of pin-sized holes on the inside circled in blue Otherwise it is in excellent condition, from a smoke-free and cat-friendly home.
