🌈2/$20🌈 4T Formal Dress

This dress is super cute and frilly! Has multiple layers in the skirt portion. All buttons along back are in perfect condition, I just didn’t want to fasten them all. This dress does have a rip in the tulle on the right hand side as shown in last photo. I don’t know if tulle can be repaired to fix it or not. We didn’t have many functions to attend with this dress so it was a fantastic dress up dress! Fairy, Princess or queen!
