(2/$20) Beaded Hematite & Glass Anklet

This beaded anklet is made of a silver tone metal and has a lobster clasp closure. There is a chance this is a bracelet (but it's so big!) or a necklace (but it's so small!), but the only way the length of this piece makes sense to me is as an anklet. I guess it could be a child's necklace? The piece is beaded with small purple glass beads, cylindrical hematite beads, and small silver spacer beads between each. I took pictures of this piece on a necklace bust because I'm not showing off my hairy ankles. The anklet has normal wear, and the shape is slightly wonky from storage, but there are no issues affecting wearability.
