This necklace is made of a silver tone metal and has an adjustable lobster clasp closure. The "statement section" of the necklace features faceted blue plastic stones with open backs. About half the stones are dark blue (with some sparkly sheen), the other half light blue (with more sparkly sheen). Some of the stones are dangling, some support the dangling stones.
