(2/$20) Colourful Pendant Necklace

This necklace is made of a silver tone metal and has an adjustable lobster clasp closure. The necklace has a regular chain from the clasp towards the front. At the very front, there is a somewhat irregularly shaped sphere of purple glass that glows green under uv light. From what I can find, this doesn't indicate uranium glass, but manganese compounds as a result of the purple in the glass. The rectangular pendant that hangs down has a silver band across the top and an abstract blue, red, and black design. The rectangle itself is black on all the other sides and feels like it's made of acrylic or another hard plastic. I get the impression the front was made to imitate the look of opal or jasper, but that is the most I was able to learn about this piece - it's a bit of a mystery. The necklace has wear throughout, most visible in the superficial marks in the silver area of the pendant, but the necklace is still very wearable.
