2/$20 Girls Navy Blue Pleated School Girl Skirt

This is a navy blue pleated mini skirt that probably was used for girls sports. I picked this up in NZ so their sizing may be different. Please note the actual measurements, waist 23.5”, length 13" which is probably a small in US girls sizes or size US 8 girls. It is adorned with the sliding zipper on the left hip. So Cute!
