This sweet summer dress is a beautiful dusty blue with eyelet detailing on the fabric. Peasant style, the elastic neckline can be worn on or off the shoulders. The smocked waist nicely defines your curves and you can leave the bodice tied or not, depending on how much you want to flaunt the girls. The skirt is lined in cotton fabric. No pockets. This is definitely a mini length and it is too short for me. Because of the style, it is difficult to measure but it is pretty true to an Old Navy large. Worn once or twice.
