Cute, strapless, blue summer dress with contrasting yellow floral design and decorative button at bust. Empire waist. Fully lined at bust (the skirt below the empire waist isn’t lined). Concealed zipper fastening along back. The dress was purchased at Modcloth but the brand is Mystic. Made in USA. 100% cotton. In good preloved condition. Size Medium. Measurements: 35” bust circumference 13.5” empire waist 27” length Liv has 24" waist & 32" bust. The dress is too big for her by 3"-4".
