Long sleeve dress with drop waist flutter skirt. Bodice is solid black, tshirt-style with printed on glittery necklace. The skirt is a more solid fabric of black with fuchsia polka dots. The only real flaw is some pilling which can be shaved. In case the tag is too light, top is 56%cotton, 40%polyester, and 4%spandex, and the skirt is 95%polyester and 5%spandex.
