(2/$20) T+T Gold Tone Wings Pin

This pin by T+T (?) is made of a gold tone metal and has a pointy pin on the back with a metal pin covering. The pin is small and shaped like a pair of angel wings as seen from behind. There are small feather details throughout. The back of the pin has a maker's stamp on the right side that says, "T+T (C) GA TM". I've had no luck figuring out who T+T is so if you know, please share! There is normal wear and the pin backing may not be the original, but there are no issues affecting wearability.
