Black A-Line flouncy skirt with subtle ruffles. The material is chiffon-like and very cute and feminine. Elastic waistband. Size small, fits a 0-2. I am 5’4” and it hits around my mid-thigh. Like new condition! Bought it from Simons, I just don’t reach for it that much.

akitokko @kameronwposh Alright, the waist is 12.5-13 inches (though it has an elastic waistband, so it’s quite stretchy) and the length is 17.5-18 inches. I posted some more photos. I hope that helps. :)
