This vintage brooch by Cara China Staffordshire is made of porcelain flowers and hand painted in blue, green, and yellow tones. The backing is made of a gold tone metal with a c clasp closure, and is stamped "CARA CHINA, STAFFORDSHIRE, MADE IN ENGLAND".
